Why is this a violation?

• All instruments, handpieces and even multiple-use burs need to be processed in autoclavable bags (or packed in wrapped instrument cassettes).
• The Heat-Sterilizer Bags also need to be monitored for freshness. Writing the “date” on them seems to be the easiest way to accomplish this.
